75 HP engine. I have a 2002 B&S 25hp Intek that smokes like crazy. The engine had good power until one of the plugs fouls out. Is there a reference guide out there that can accurately tell me my crankshaft output size and length? I am getting multiple conflicting bits of information and would like to know if I can confirm it without pulling the electric PTO off and measuring by hand. The instructions in the box say to install the ring with 2 stripes on the edge in the middle piston groove and the ring with 1 stripe in the top groove.
